How to install Pocket PC 2002 Themes
If you trying to install themes on your Pocket PC 2002 then you need to do the following.
Part A:
If you already copied *.tsk files to your Pocket PC then skip to the Part B.
- Unzip the file if neccessary using WinZip program.
- Connect your Pocket PC and open Active Sync Program.
- Click on "Explore" button located in the top right corner of Active Sync. It will open a new window which will show all the files on your Pocket PC.
- Drag and drop the theme files from your desktop into Pocket PC window that opened earlier.
Part B:
Once *tsk files are copied, disconnect the device and:
- Tap Start.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap the Today icon.
- The drop-down box in the middle of the screen displays all of the themes currently loaded on your Pocket PC. Select the theme you want.
- Tap OK.
- Finally tap Start and then Today to navigate back to your Today screen.
- You will now see the new colors and background image.
The instructions above will apply to any themes that you want to install on your Pocket PC 2002 device.
