FCC looks to crack down on robocalls, robotexts

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The top U.S. telecommunications regulator wants to make it harder for telemarketers and other businesses to place unwanted robocalls and text messages under changes to autodialing rules proposed on Wednesday.
