First, you need Dashboard. If you have that, then copy all files from the zip folder to "programfiles/snoopsoft/Dashboard/skins.
Then go into dashboard options and click on "skins" Tab.

I hate to be stupid but the instructions for installing it don't work. There are no .tsk files in the download.
