How to Order

You can place your order online by using our secure server.

To place an order online, click on any product image. Choose the quantity you want and follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order.

Buying from us is easy and secure. For every item, there will be a click to order button. This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your shopping basket, you can choose to place the order immediately or continue shopping.

You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. When you are finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking View Shopping Cart button. When you submit your order, it will be confirmed via e-mail and will include your order number. You can feel confident that our secure server protects your credit card information.

Credit Card Safety

We share your concern for the safety and security of your credit card and other personal information. Feel safe in the knowledge that our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Most of the items on our site are processed and shipped the next business day. Our order processing department is open Monday - Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

USPS with delivery confirmation
We offer USPS as our standard shipping option. USPS delivery takes from 1-6 days depending upon where the item is being delivered. Below is chart which shows the estimated delivery time from our location.

All USPS shipments have tracking number that is provided at the time of the order shipment. You can use that number to track your package using the USPS website.

Accuracy of Address
Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address you will be charged to re-ship the item (even only the apartment or suite number is missing). We can't be responsible for items lost in the mail due to an incorrect address.

Return Policy
 

30-Day Return Policy on all hardware items

If you're not happy, we're not happy. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in new condition within 30 days for a no-hassle refund (excluding 3.00 shipping charges) or exchange. If the product or the package is damaged, or if parts are missing, we must charge you an additional restocking fee of 15% up to the full purchase price. However, you will not be charged a restocking fee if the item is returned in perfect condition.

Important:

• Returned merchandise MUST have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us, and we will be happy to provide one.
• All Software purchase are not refundable unless authorized by the developer.
